VAIM Successfully Hosts JUVELOOK New Product Launch Symposium

VAIM, a leading aesthetic medical device company, announced on the 16th that it successfully held a symposium on September 13 at Walkerhill Hotel in Seoul, with more than 500 physicians from across Korea in attendance. The event marked the official launch of VAIM’s new products, JUVELOOK i and JUVELOOK G.

The symposium was organized to introduce JUVELOOK i and JUVELOOK G, highlighting the latest treatment trends in addressing skin concerns such as fine lines around the eyes, while also sharing clinical experiences to strengthen collaboration with medical professionals. The program was divided into two sessions: the first focused on JUVELOOK i, and the second on JUVELOOK G.

Since its 2019 launch, JUVELOOK has attracted consistent interest in both domestic and international markets. JUVELOOK is a collagen biostimulator based on a patented porous reticular complex, combining biodegradable PDLLA (Poly D,L-lactide) microparticles with hyaluronic acid (HA).

A VAIM spokesperson stated, “JUVELOOK surpassed 2 million vials in cumulative production as of September, reflecting its rapid growth in domestic and international markets. With the launch of JUVELOOK i and JUVELOOK G, we aim to further strengthen our competitiveness in the global medical aesthetics industry.”

Introduction of VAIM
Founded in 2014, VAIM is a global medical aesthetics company that develops human tissue regeneration products and improved pharmaceuticals by utilizing its accumulated technology and know-how in biocompatible and biodegradable polymers. It has developed and patented a PDLLA-based manufacturing technology that reduces the risk of nodule formation compared to other ingredient structures, and in 2019, its subsidiary, VAIM, entered the skin booster market with JUVELOOK, which utilizes this technology. JUVELOOK is a collagen booster that induces the production of ECM (collagen, elastin) to provide direct remodeling effects on the skin such as elasticity and wrinkle improvement, and is divided into JUVELOOK and LENISNA depending on the purpose. After quickly proving its safety and effectiveness since its launch, VAIM currently has product export contracts with 72 countries.
